This is the third time Hagens let me down. Each time it has been an emergency call that they told one person they were taking care of, and then canceling behind the scenes. Then laughing at me when I asked them to explain what happened.I would normally only leave a 5 star review for my vendors, or ignore them, but this is outrageous and costly/dangerous. Use someone else if you want to get an emergency handled.

Unprofessional, rude, and I can go on. Got the pleasure of getting a call from a female receptionist who said it was “so rude and awful of us not to return her call”. Who would wanna call you back when you were trying to charge us an additional fee to turn off our water? This company tried to charge us 175 to install a simple Fossett . If you’re looking for a good price with friendly service do yourself a favor and go with Repipe1.
