Clogged house to sewer line.. .I phoned Rooter Hero at 9:00 a.m. requesting help in dealing with backing up water in the toilets and showers. Miguel was at the house within an hour. He was very polite, as I tried to explain the problem. He immediately began his assessment. He snaked the existing overflow outlets, but the line was thoroughly blocked between the house and the street. We discussed options, the first being a camera being inserted into the pipe to try to pin point the exact location of the blockage. We agreed, and he immediately called a colleague who arrived less that twenty minutes later. Another assessment was made, and Miguel suggested we do a pressure blast to see if the blockage could be dislodged. This was a far less expensive option than excavating the sewer line. He made another call and the pressure blasting technician was there in 45 minutes. Miguel kept me informed all along the way and was optimistic regarding the outcome. The procedure worked, and water was again flowing normally. Miguel was extremely professional and knowledgeable in resolving the problem within a very reasonable amount of time, and a reasonable cost for the work involved. At the conclusion of the work, Miguel again reviewed the completed procedure and emphasized that there is a one year warranty on the work. I am very pleased with the resolution of the problem and working with Miguel.

I called Rooter Hero for a problem with sewer line and Jaime Hernandez came at 10:00 pm and started with the task at hand. Jaime is reliable, very knowledgeable, and very courteous he did an excellent job, hes a hard worker and we are happy with his work. Thank you Jaime.

Robert is very kind & communicates well. Listens to my kitchen sink clog problems ... Spent time ( check my outside clean out - even check my bathroom tub, toilet, sink ( make sure it drains well ). My kitchen sink is DRAINING excellent !!! The company also gives 90 day warranty. OH, and he makes sure he wears dark blue shoe coverings. Job done well - check everything - neat & clean the area - uniform clean with embroidery name. I would recommend Robert ( if you can ask for him )

I purchased my home a little over a month ago and was devastated and didn’t know what to do when the toilet started leaking and backing up, then the sink and showers started backing up too, so I called Rooter Hero.Cjance arrived and assessed the situation then Kaileb arrived and used the camera to assess the issue. They found that the pipes were old, had leaks and were corroding. Kaileb and Cjance were so helpful, patient, and professional. Kaileb explained the entire process of installing new pipes, and showed me a step-by-step video.I decided to have all the pipes redone in my house and am so happy with the job that was done. I had a backed up sink. So I called Rooter Hero and that day Jackie from Rooter Hero came out to unclog the drain. He was very efficient telling me what he was going to do and he kept everything clean where he was working both inside and out. He snaked out the drain, and it appeared that the water was finally flowing through. We both agreed that it looked like it was fixed. Nice man! I paid him and he went on his way.The next morning I was running some water and again the sink backed up. I called Rooter Hero and told them not to rush sending somebody out because I had an appointment at noon. They called me 10 minutes later and said that Robert the technician was going to arrive in 25 minutes. Robert analyzed the situation, and I told him what Jackie had done, and it turned out that the clog was probably much further down the line and there was probably a lot of gunk built up. Robert fixed that with no additional charge from the day before and then suggested that I get the line power washed, and I agreed. That technician arrived shortly after Robert made the phone call. Robert explained everything he was doing and again kept the work area so clean and was very cognizant of not leaving any debris. Robert was very professional, and yet friendly at the same time. Great customer service! I have been using Rooter Hero for a few years now and even though honestly it might be a little bit more expensive than using a lesser known company or even a handyman for a clogged drain, I feel much more confident with Rooter Hero because they stand behind their work. You get what you pay for. And, the job was done well before I needed to leave at noon.

The rep (Cjance ) they sent out to me was friendly, personable, and highly skilled. He brought in a super gigantic barracuda toilet coil and fixed the problem for only $ 77. He made my day. Had a great experience with Rooter Hero! Before calling them I waited 2 days for another plumbing company to show up and unclog my main line, while having no working toilets to use. Finally gave up on them and called Rooter. They responded quickly (within 45 minutes) and technician Elliot shows up ready to help and very professional. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable while explaining what issues are going on and even things I should consider doing for long term fixes. Was quick with unclogging the mainline and couldn’t be more happy with his service. Would highly recommend for any emergency plumbing services!

A simple clog is an excuse to for them to claim you need all these pipes replaced. I found their guy sitting in his car next to a gigantic hole they dug and a pipe they clearly broke themselves. They did this at my mothers house where she was suffering from dementia. Then, they had the nerve to actually bill us. Ha.. This was 2 years ago and I still am filled with rage every time I see their very expensive shiny trucks. Real plumbers have work trucks. Rooter hero is a franchise so these guys buy the logo and then try to up that bill as fast as they can. Find yourself a local - non franchised plumber who is honest. Its hard but they exist and are worth every penny.

Had a pretty Crappy situation that was backing up everywhere. I was unable to do it myself so had to contact somewhere for it to be fixed. Found Rooter on google and was not disappointed. The worker Jesse did phenomenal looking for, explaining, and handling the problem. Quick and easy. And cheaper than the other places I contacted.

We called Rooter Hero to help diagnose and repair a sprinkler leak that we discovered recently. The dispatch was able to schedule an appointment in the very next day, and Gelacio showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and also what the pricing would be. Once the problem was diagnosed and isolated, he then updated us on the cost, parts, and repaired the leak. Initially there was some scheduling conflicts, but thats more on the part of the dispatcher. I do which there was more notification if the tech is going to be late but I also understand that things get busy and mistakes happen. The day that they were supposed to arrive was horrible over all and Im glad I schedule for the next day instead of completely cancelling my appointment with this company.Gelacio was very understanding of our situation and when he needed help, he wasnt afraid to contact his supervisor, who was also very professional! Most of all, when he was told not to come by before 10:30am due to me working nights, he was very respectful and waited until 10:31 just to make sure. A small thing, but something thats HIGHLY appreciated as I rarely sleep enough as is and every bit counts.The service was timely, and while we knew it was going to be costly, Jeff (I believe his name is, my memory is horrible) offered 5 different payment options and was even truthful about us not needing the more expensive choices. On top of that, they offer AAA, Military and Senior discounts which lessened a huge amount of stress as were definitely struggling with funds.Neither of them had any problem with tackling a small issue weve had with our toilet (2 years worth of leaking), and for no additional cost! After having someone come by and try to be hush hush about being paid under the table, they were refreshing to do business with.I cannot recommend this company enough, and were definitely going to seek them out in the future.

His supervisor was a bit pushy about trying to get me into a bigger project than I was ready to take on financially but after I explained myself he backed off and understood. Super service on a Sunday with in 20 minutes at my house unplugged drain nice guy couldnt ask for better experience

I have a house from the early 60s and I knew the old cast iron drain pipes were just about done. The kitchen drain backed up and I called Rooter Hero. The standard cabling couldnt break through. So Jess upped the game to a high pressure jet. That worked. We sent a camera line down the pipe. The pipe was failing badly and not easy to replace as the kitchen line ran 57 feet to the main under the slab foundation. We decided to use newer technology and epoxy coat the interior of the pipe. It was not cheap but less expensive and problematic than digging up the tiled floor through the center of the house. The service was prompt, with great courtesy and professional. The labor has a 10 year warranty and the materials for life. Time will tell how well this solution works. I would recommend Rooter Hero.

The technician did good work. The communication with the company was bad. On several occasions I was given a timeframe for arrival and repair. The arrival times were not met and the repairs took longer than estimated. Instead of the company contacting me I had to make calls to ask for updates.

Alonzo was a amazing tech, fast, responsive, very communicative, he came on a holiday around 8pm during my family party, to assist with a sewer blockage causing my toilets to over flow, he helped get our plumbing issues solved and turned a bad situation into a pleasant rest of the night
