Very happy with the repair done on my sewer drain line. Had constant clogs and dirt leaking into my septic. thanks to the gentleman Santiago who was able to locate the issue and repair it. Service was Convenient and technician Santiago was very knowledgeable

Nothing short of amazing work. We called Santiago to fix a busted pipe. He came out in a timely manner. Was very upfront with what needed to be done. Showed extreme professionalism and direct to the point. I personally cannot stand when people beat around the bush with what needs to be done. Needless to say he will be our go to from now on.

I recently had a water leak in my house under the living room cement slab I went online and found a plumbing company called 24hr rooter and plumbing they came and fixed the the issue as soon as possible Santiago the plumber did a excellent job it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable i will definitely call him back if I have more plumbing issues.me and my wife are really satisfied with the work he did.

Best plumbing company in the area. Called and Santiago came out a half hour later. I couldnt get the gas on my water heater to turn on and within an hour, everything was working. Saved me $2500. He also charged me such a low price I even gave him some extra. Wouldnt call anyone else moving foward for any plumbing needs.

Fast and thorough service! I requested a quote to transition my old water heater to a tankless on a Monday. Wishing the same day they were able to come by and look at my property and provide a competitive quote. As soon as we approved the bid they came the next day to install and now I have endless hot water for the winter. The turnaround was extremely quick, they were kind and took the time to explain things to me and didn’t leave any mess behind. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Lastly, they walked me through a rebate I qualified for which helped me save money.

Santiago fixed our main line clog; broke the concrete, dug down 3 feet without making a mess, fixed the pipe and laid down beautiful concrete, all in a few hours. One of the pipes burst in our bathroom and the toilet flooded our main bathroom and bedroom. We called Rooter and within 30 minutes Gabriel Robles came and fixed our issue in minutes. I cannot begin to say enough great things about 24 Hour Rooter & Plumbing and the owners, Santiago and Gabriel. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, on time, efficient, and take pride in doing a proper job and obtaining required city permits when necessary. They are licensed and bonded. Prices are reasonable. THEY SAVED MY HOME FROM A MAJOR PLUMBING DISASTER after a different plumbing company (which I am not at liberty to name) left me with problems (leaks, clogged toilets, and rattling pipes in the attic) that began to manifest after supposedly having done a full repipe months previously, and without obtaining required city permits as I later found out. I realized that I, a senior citizen, had been duped by the (unnamed) plumbing company that first came to my house. A friend recommended I call 24 Hour Rooter and Plumbing immediately. Santiago and Gabriel assessed the problems, took photos of the pipes in the attic (40 feet of loose, tangled, not strapped down wrong sized piping) and photos of leaks under the sink (jerryrigged and not properly connected) and photos of laundry room connections (no wall box). They showed me what I suspected….that the previous (unnamed) plumber had not done a proper repipe, quickly sealed the walls because he knew it could never pass inspection, leaving me with problems within a few months. Santiago explained everything to me clearly and concisely as to what constitutes a proper repipe (repipe plan, ruffin, inspection). I requested 24 Hour Rooter and Plumbing if they could do a partial repipe to fix the mess done by the previous (unnamed) plumber and make everything right. Santiago asked me if I was sure that was what I wanted. I said absolutely yes and initialed to get things going. As a senior citizen, Santiago explained that I had the option to change my mind and cancel the order within five days. But I was confident and positive that 24 Hour Rooter and Plumbing was the right company to save my home. Santiago went to speak to the city inspectors and filed for the permits. Once they got started on work, Santiago and Gabriel completed the repipe in a day even cutting neatly into the walls so the inspector could see all work was properly done, using the right materials, nothing loose, and all guidelines had been met. The work done by Santiago and Gabriel passed city inspection on the first round. Before granting the permit, the city inspector returned for a finalized inspection. All work done by 24 Hour Rooter and Plumbing passed city final inspection, and I was given a signed permit by the city. I am very pleased with the work done by 24 Hour Rooter and Plumbing and will highly recommend them to anyone. Santiago and Gabriel have a combined 40 years experience and knowledge in the plumbing industry. They deserve more than 5 stars. As I mentioned, THEY SAVED MY HOME FROM A MAJOR PLUMBING DISASTER that would have been caused by a previous (unnamed) plumber.

24 Rooter & Plumbing Inc are the best. I called this company for a “slab leak “ in my home. Almost immediately a Technician was at my home. Although the situation was difficult and stressful. Gabriel was ableTo effortlessly figure where the leak was at. I was offered multiple options and solutions. I elected to have my home replied due to location of slab leak which was directly under my island kitchen which I just added when I removed my kitchen. I repiped my home and was able to get some help from my insurance due to Gabriel’s detailed reports and potential damage to my kitchen if we elected for other option of removing kitchen island for direct access . Everything was seamless and very professional. I got two other estimates due to cost and there estimate was the cheapest!! Thank you Gabriel

Couldnt be happier with the quick and efficient service Santiago provided with clearing an old main drain connection that gets backup up due to root intrusion. He cleared the drain clog and used a blade tip to cut the roots that were intruding, hopefully no more clogs for awhile.

I called 24 Rooter & Plumbing at 6am after trying to reach several companies who didn’t answer, we had a clogged drain to the street and causing backup. This puts a stop to the family showering and getting ready for school, thankfully they answered and showed up and fixed the issue before school and work. I would have easily paid double for this prompt service as they were professional, courteous and fast getting us back to normal. The representative Gabriel was professional and knowledgeable. Rooter 24 Plumbing and Drains is absolutely amazing tosay the least. I called them at midnight and they had Santiago here within the hour. I had water coming from out of nowhere. Santiago was able to easily figure out the issue and got to work. All though some wall was cut open.. He cleaned up throughly behind himself. I was expecting a very expensive bill . Pricing was absolutely fair . Very professional and willing to Smiles no matter the time of night.. I will recommend Rooter 24 Plumbing and Drains to all my family and friends.
