I do not like to write negative reviews, I just want to share my own experience. I called this company because they did work for me in the past. The people who did the work on my house previously that were kind, honest, and hard working are no longer there. I had one of their plumbers come out now and it just wasnt the same. He didnt want to thoroughly solve my problem and tried to charge me the maximum price for minimal work. Im not sure how the work would have been done because I decided against it. Another thing that made me move away from them was that I submitted a request for an estimate online and gave a detailed explanation of what I wanted done and after a week of no call back, I called them and the person answering the phone asked me to hold on then came back and said oh here it is. Thats when she sent the plumber who I wasnt happy with. So, its up to you....

Great service....and even greater human beings

Their work van cut me off on Interstate 5, near Katella. It was bad enough for me to have to slam on the brakes because I was right next to them. The driver was so anxious to get to the carpool lane that they didnt even use a turn signal. Will never use this business

They will invoice you above what your home warranty service call fee states and that fee buys you his assessment that whatever the issue is the repair is not covered by the home warranty.
