The electrician was able to come to our house early in the morning so that he could assess and fix the problem before I had go drop our kid off at school and go to work. He worked quickly and was able to figure out what was wrong in a timely manner. Great work!

Came out through American Home Shield to fix my electrical issue. Tech denied the service because I had to stucco my house 6 months ago. Apparently my wires got damaged by stucco guy.He tried to come with this none sense diagnosis to deny it but he doesn’t know that he needs to proof it.

Andranik was dispatched by our warranty company, AHS, to assess a burnt outlet for a flat fee of $100. However, despite payment, there was a complete lack of responsiveness from their end. They failed to return calls from both myself and the warranty company, and even refused to provide a quote for the repair, regardless of whether it fell under the warranty coverage. Despite multiple attempts, including numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, there was no response from these guys.Given this disappointing experience, I strongly advise against engaging with such unreliable contractors. Instead, I opted to have the entire unit replaced through a reputable company, at a mere $115. Its unfortunate that such irresponsibility and lack of professionalism marred what should have been a simple fix for homeowners like myself.

It’s easy to not trust electricians because the big franchise companies give the industry a bad rap — suggesting that everyone is always trying to up-charge you. Not Nikolay at DNZ. He is a straight shooter and someone who wants to solve the problem you have without making you do anything you don’t need. This guys is phenomenal. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend you work with him on any electrical issue you have. It’s a no brainer. Any future issue I have — I’m calling DNZ.

The electrician, Andy was amazing!! Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the issue with our patio lighting. He fixed the issued quickly and was very polite. I would recommend DNZ for any electrical work you have.

A long 10 days without my AC and Nikolay was just the electrician I needed to get it back working. It seems the electrical connections and breakers were all wrong/burned out. The experience with DNZ has been very frustrating. We had numerous outlets at our house that were not working. The electrician only fixed one of several outlets which broke within 2 hours. When I asked him to fix the others he simply said he didnt know what was wrong. Then I asked for another electrician to come out - they gave me a 4 hour window. 7-11am. After sitting at home for 4 hours nobody showed up. I have now called 10 times and nobody will answer my calls. This has been a very poor experience.

DNZ came to my home through Select Home Warranty on June 22nd. Select Home Warranty indicates the report they received from DNZ definitely says there are no issues with my roof. I have asked for the report from DNZ no less than 4 times and still have not received the report. I am at the end of my patience with this cat and mouse game as supposedly my e-mail address is wrong on their records. Hmmmmm....I seemed to have received e-mails when the tech was on the way and the e-mails requesting an invoice and an e-mail when the invoice was paid. WHAT??? I just want a copy of the home inspection report so I can continue my arguments with Select Home Warranty. I dont need this additional DRAMA. I just called minutes ago...was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called yesterday afternoon and was promised the e-mailed report by the end of business by someone named Rema or Rena.I dont feel as through this experience matches with the HIGHEST Customer Service they advertise.

Terrible unprofessional service. The electrician Nikolay told my wife that she has to pull out the dishwasher so he will look at the wiring behind it. Obviously she doesnt have enough strength to do it. Nikolay said that he will not do it himself and left. I left a bad review on Google. DNZ replied that appliance technician has to pull out the dishwasher an than electrician will check the wiring. So imagine the scenario. First day appliance technician comes and pulls the dishwasher out. The second day the electrician comes and checks the wiring. The third day the appliance technician will come and put the dishwasher back. Wonderful service...? My recommendation not use this company and this electrician. Find somebody professional and reliable.

Nikolay came out to re-route an outlet and add some additional outlets in our kitchen. We are remodeling and require some re-work of the current electrical. Once our new cabinets and island are installed, he will come back to install another outlet in the island and re-route a junction box in the ceiling. The electrical technician who came to our our home was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and had a very high work ethic as he stayed for almost 3 hours, and worked the entire time having to re-work at least a half a dozen or more sockets and switches. He was finally able to determine our wiring problem. Where is a previous Electrician spent 20 minutes and said that he couldn’t figure it out and we had no problem! The technician called ahead and showed up on time. He had the parts to needed for the job of a non-functioning bathroom exhaust fan. He completed the work in less than a half hour. I was very pleased with the service provided by DNZ.

I don’t even know where or how to begin this review. I have been without an AC for the past week. Having young children in the home and dealing with high desert heat it’s been unbearable. Having fans throughout the house it’s been fraught. I had an AC repair company come out and not even spending five minutes here and charging me a service call fee just to only say “he doesn’t know what the problem is” and that I call an electrician.I did do just that and DNZ property services came out right away. He was able to find the problem immediately it was something minor like an on switch, which he was able to fix instantly bless his heart, and God bless him. For being so kind and taking the time to quickly determine what the issue was. He didn’t even charge me. I recommend DNZ property services 1000% and would use them 1000 times over if needed.The previous guys should have been able to at the very least. Tell me what the problem was but all he could say was “call an electrician I don’t know what the problem is”.

Nikolay was sent by the home warranty (which ended up not covering the work - a very frustrating story) and I appreciated his frankness and knowledge. He replaced the electrical panel for a bigger one (old one fromthe 90s was cheaply done) and I’m glad that he did the work. I highly recommend Nikolay and his company. His price was very reasonable.

Nikolay was our technician that showed up on time and was very professional and courteous, he was able to fix our light switch. He was in and out in less then 10 minutes and was done with no issues.

Nikolay came and fiddled with the light switch that seemed not working, he did not know the cause, and he did not know it was one of the 3-way switches controlling the same lights. And the other switch is working just fine. After 15 minutes he said the whole wiring was messed up and needs authorization from my home warranty for rewiring. He then reported to home warranty that his work is completed and never called me back.The guy is dishonest and clueless about the 3-way switch wiring. Talks fast and cut people off all the time. As if to hind his own lack of knowledge.

Andy arrived early in the day as scheduled. He was masked, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating when I asked him to wear booties to protect our flooring from outdoor shoes. After explaining the situation, he thoroughly investigated the problem, and was able to restore power to several outlets that stopped working. He also assessed the other issues, explained the problem and what he would suggest to our landlord to improve the electrical service within our home. With a full understanding of the next steps, he took pictures and left. What stood out to me as excellent service is that apparently he thought about the problem a little more, had an idea to troubleshoot further, and returned a few minutes after leaving to test out his idea. It worked! Thankfully, all of our problems were resolved within an hour. Andy said hed still suggest the upgraded panel to improve the electrical system, and I couldnt speak highly enough about his can-do attitude! Thanks so much, Andy!
